Request  to push the design for a more elevated look. This branding will be used for all future VIP comms

VIP comms brief had to have a distinct look & feel, different from BAU, so recipients immediately recognise this content as being something different. The previous design is shows a different style. I aimed to move away from this light feel and try to reflect the AllSaints attitude in the Email design

VIP content is about recognition & reward, so it’s aesthetic should feel elevated (premium), it should make customers feel special.

These two examples are emails that show strong hero references and use of motion to engage the customer. This was recognised by CRM as a success leading to more revenue.

The aim of this email design refresh was to inspire our new customers through our brand identity and personality. The fast paced Hero translates AllSaints attitude - engaging the customer from the opening screen!
Business Motivation / Impact:Increase new customers propensity to purchase.

Objectives:
  • Communicate brand ID (attitude, bold, hedonistic)
  • Communicate the principal reason people buy AllSaints: our product gives them an unconventional look.

3D PROJECT

Im working closely with the Atelier team to introduce 3D to AllSaints in order to improve our sustainability, innovation, inclusivity and staying up to date with market trends/competitors.

In order for this to work I had to make use of analytical data to inform the use of 3D at AllSaints. The aim is to cover all areas of the business. This includes Customer facing assets eg 3D turn tables on PDPs, visual size guides to enable all customers to have a tailored shopping experience. Furthermore 3D assets can be used in AR for customers to try on products.

The aim of this is partly to improve the brand image and also to help improve conversion (CVR) and Add to basket rate. 


Furthermore, 3D can be used in many other areas. Not only am I focusing on implementing for the digital team, there has been considerations for the back end of the business. Eg merch, fashion design etc. 

Some benefits include, improve supplier communication (less back and forths regarding patterns). Asset management using 3D which will benefit the merchandidsing team. In addition we have been experimenting with AI Models to assist the photography studios time. 


SESSIONS AT ALLSAINTS REDESIGN

An ongoing project that is linked to the design sytem update. Im redesigning a current template for the previously known ‘LA Sessions’. The aim is to bring new fresh content for the customer to engage with.


Across the design team we have been researching and analysising what areas need improving. This is one example.
